IIFYM (if it fits your macros) is basically tracking your daily calorie requirements and daily macronutrient split of protein, carbohydrates and fats. That doesn’t mean eat Twinkie’s everyday, and have it FIT. About 10%-20% of my total calories can come from whatever I want to eat, the rest should be “Clean Foods”.  Works for me!
